1. Lesson Expiration Policy

All purchased lessons must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Lessons can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time through Calendly or by contacting me directly.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson will result in the lesson being marked as completed.

• If a student does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the lesson, it will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

3. Payment and Booking

• Lessons must be paid in full before scheduling. Please complete your payment before selecting a time slot.

• Payment confirms your reservation. Without prior payment, the lesson will not be guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

• Please note that no refunds are provided for student cancellations.

• In the event that I, Rai, need to cancel a class for any reason, you will have the choice to either reschedule or receive a full refund for class. Thank you for your understanding!

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including fatphobic, transphobic, ageist, ableist, racist, classist, or sexist comments, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the lessons without a refund.

• Recording lessons without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

• Diverse Spanish is a transfeminist, inclusive space, committed to mutual respect and dignity for all.
